Commissions are generated exclusively from direct referrals.
Genesis Union does not operate as a multi-level marketing system. Members do not receive commissions from referrals made by their referrals or from any subsequent levels.
6. Commission Payments
Approved commissions will generally be processed within approximately 24 hours after validation.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institutions, country of residence, or technical circumstances.
Genesis Union reserves the right to withhold, review, or reject commission payments in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, false information, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Genesis Union provides educational content, training, tools, resources, and a referral program.
Individual results may vary and depend on numerous factors, including effort, experience, skills, commitment, market conditions, and personal circumstances.
Genesis Union does not guarantee income, profits, financial success, business results, or any specific outcome.
7.1 Nature of Membership
Genesis Union is a private membership community focused on education, training, knowledge sharing, business development, and access to exclusive resources for its members.
Membership in Genesis Union does not constitute employment, an employment contract, a business partnership, a franchise, an investment fund, a public investment offering, financial advice, or any legal relationship other than the membership described in these Terms and Conditions.

No new commissions will be generated once a member's account is no longer active.

All content available within Genesis Union, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, videos, strategies, documents, systems, and branding elements, is the exclusive property of Genesis Union unless otherwise expressly indicated.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, copy, commercialize, publish, or share exclusive content without prior written authorization.
11. Prohibited Activities
Members agree not to:
